We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer correction methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Bobbie Stowe has years of training and experience in spinal adjustment.

We provide specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices to enhance our patient´s return to optimal health. Do you know which supplements and vitamins are good for you? Did you know that there are very specific tests that can determine the exact nutrient you may have a deficiency in?  Further, if you or a family member are suffering from a chronic condition that others have been unable to diagnosis or find the true cause, it might be possible to determine many of the same tests that are used in Functional Nutritional Assessment.  Dr. Stowe can provide a structured nutritional program based on your individual needs.

The Graston Technique incorporates a patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively detect and treat scar tissue and other restrictions that effect normal function.

This technique separates and breaks down collagen cross-links and splays and stretches connective tissue and muscle fibers. This allows an increase in skin temperature and facilitates reflex changes in the chronic muscle holding pattern. In addition, it increases the rate and amount of blood flow to and from the injured area

Recent research in cell biology has described a continuous microscopic matrix that extends into every part of the organism, including into every cell and into every nucleus, of all cells, throughout the body. This system is called "the living matrix". The key elements in this system are connective tissues like tendons, ligaments, fascia, cartilage and bone. Healing is essentially a cellular process and light energy initiates a cascade of reactions from the cell membrane to cytoplasm to nucleus and DNA, this is called cellular amplification. Using the best low level laser therapy on the market today, we have been able to see enhanced energy production, decreased inflammation and an increase in endorphins in the patients.

Myofascial release (or MFR) is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. This alternative medicine therapy aims to relax contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles.

Trigger point therapy is also known as Myotherapy or Neuromuscular Therapy and applies concentrated finger pressure to "trigger points" (painful irritated areas in muscles) to break cycles of spasm and pain. Trigger Point Therapy involves placing pressure on that trigger point so that the muscle can relax and the pain can be lessened. It is best to receive professional help as the trigger point could be several inches away from the place where the patient feels discomfort or pain.

Acupuncture is a 3,000-year-old healing technique of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Acupuncture improves the body’s functions and promotes the natural self-healing process by stimulating specific anatomic sites--commonly referred to as acupuncture points, or acupoints

The Kinesio Taping® Method is a definitive rehabilitative taping technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion as well as providing extended soft tissue manipulation to prolong the benefits of manual therapy administered within the clinical setting. Latex-free and wearable for days at a time, Kinesio Tape is safe for populations ranging from pediatric to geriatric, and successfully treats a variety of orthopedic, neuromuscular, neurological and other medical conditions.
